Account responsibilities
To access the Service, you must register for an account. regarding your account, you agree to:
Accuracy: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notification: Notify us immediately at support@timeassign.app of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Time Assign will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Subscription, Billing, and Payment
Subscription Fees: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen pricing tier.
Billing Authorization: By providing a credit card or other payment method, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your account before the renewal date.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing tiers. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

Sell, resell, lease, or license the Service to a third party without our express written permission.
Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material.

Company IP: The Time Assign platform, including its code, architecture, design, interface, graphics, and "look and feel," is the proprietary property of Lexicon Flow LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the Service (e.g., client lists, employee rates, project budgets, and time entries). You grant Time Assign a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and display your data solely as necessary for us to provide the Service to you (e.g., generating your reports and invoices).
Company IP: The Time Assign platform, including its code, architecture, design, interface, graphics, and "look and feel," is the proprietary property of Lexicon Flow LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Exclusion of Damages: Time Assign (and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business reputation, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Liability Cap: In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Time Assign in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
